Are any purchases final sale?
All custom-made acrylic products are final sale, as they are manufactured specifically to your unique design, size, and requirements, and cannot be resold. Standard in-stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, in unused, original condition, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I get my order?
- Standard in-stock items: Ship within 7-10 business days after order confirmation.
- Customized items: Ship within 10-15 business days after design approval and sample confirmation (if applicable).
- Large bulk orders: Lead time will be confirmed separately based on order quantity.
Shipping time varies by destination and courier (DHL/UPS etc.), typically 3-7 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our acrylic products are proudly designed and manufactured in our own factory in Foshan, China. We have our own in-house production lines, strict quality control systems, and offer factory audit services upon request. How much does shipping cost?

Sample fees can be fully deducted from your bulk order payment once you place a formal order.

What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept most common design file formats, including AI, CDR, DWG, DXF, STL, STEP, and PDF. For the best results, we recommend vector files (AI, CDR) or 3D CAD files. If you only have a concept or sketch, our design team can help you turn it into a production-ready design for free.
