Q1: How to get an official quotation?
A: Please share your product specifications, quantity, drawings or reference pictures via email. Our sales team will reply within 24 working hours.

Q2: Do you charge mold / tooling cost?
A: For most acrylic laser‑cut items, no extra mold fee is needed. Special custom structures may generate tooling expense, we will inform you in advance.

Q3: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Q4: What is your sample‑return policy?
A: Sample cost is non‑refundable. Part of sample cost can be deducted from your future bulk order payment.

Q5: Can you provide product certificates?
A: We can provide relative material test reports upon request.

Q6: What if I receive defective goods?
A: Please provide photos of defective items within 7 days after receiving goods. We will evaluate and offer corresponding solutions.
